The world’s leading global information services company, Experian specialise in data, advanced analytics, and technology across consumer and business markets. Microsoft Gold Partners, Experian report a global turnover in excess of £4bn.
Experian’s data quality unit aim to engage public and private sector organisations across the UK on all aspects of data quality. The firm set up a webinar series to highlight their own expertise and that of their partner organisations.
Cadence Marketing were brought in by Experian – alongside their partners at Microsoft and at Data Quality Pro to create, run and promote three webinars from end-to-end. Cadence also produced an edited recording of each webinar for the client.
Our comprehensive database of key contacts enabled us to segment at both a sector and contact responsibility level, to allow greater reach for Experian – who operate a centralised global CRM and a strict consent based GDPR policy.
These datasets were matched and marketed from two well-established Cadence brands iGov Live and Exec Live. This made the sessions more appealing and increased engagement rate.
Cadence Marketing has so far hosted two in this series of three webinars:
How to Tackle Data Quality Issues
Speakers from Experian and Microsoft focused on how organisations can act to prevent inaccurate data entering their CRM. The webinar examines the ways data quality affect the health of CRM data and how it can impact organisations more widely. The webinar attracted 89 registrations and 41 attendees.
How Can Data Quality Transformation Accelerate Data-Driven Business Outcomes?
Professional speakers made the case for data quality, with examples from West Yorkshire Police. Experian and Dylan Jones from Data Quality Pro told of the benefits data quality can deliver when improvements in data, culture and technology are combined. The second webinar attracted 62 registrations and 22 attendees.
In total 151 key decision makers registered, and 63 individuals attended the live sessions. Two audience questions were asked of the speakers during the sessions. In common with all Cadence webinars, every registrant also got access to a complete recording of the sessions post-event. The September webinar was also selected to be hosted on the Experian website. A third webinar will conclude Experian’s data quality series in April 2022.
